Section of the suspensory ligament

Pathology

The section of the suspensory ligament is a surgical procedure used for penile lengthening. This procedure aims to increase the apparent length of the penis by releasing the ligament that connects the penis to the pubic bone.

Purpose

The section of the suspensory ligament is considered when a visible lengthening of the penis is desired. The suspensory ligament, also known as the fundiform ligament, helps support the penis in its erect position. By partially or completely cutting this ligament, the penis is allowed to protrude forward, increasing its apparent length.

Treatment

To determine if the section of the suspensory ligament is the most suitable treatment, it is advised to schedule an appointment with Professor Christian Gozzi for a specialist consultation.
