Professor Christian Gozzi obtained his degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1987 at the University of Innsbruck.
His education was further enriched in 1993 with the following specializations: a diploma in Sports Medicine from the Sportärztebund Nordrhein and a specialization diploma in Urology from the Ärztekammer Nordrhein/Westfalen in Düsseldorf.
In 1993, he began his professional experience as a urologist at the Hospital in Bressanone.
Subsequently, Professor Gozzi held several significant positions, including Deputy Chief in Pediatric Urology in Linz (2001-2002), Assistant Chief in Urological Surgery at the Vienna General Hospital (AKH) between 2002 and 2003, and Professor at the University Clinic in Innsbruck (2003-2007). He also served as an AC Professor at the University of Pisa from 2009 to 2019.
After 17 years since his first experience in Bressanone, Professor Gozzi was appointed Chief at the same city hospital where he began his professional career.
Today, among Professor Gozzi's various commitments, he stands out as an External Consultant at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan and as a Urologist at the Center for Reconstructive Surgery of the Urethra and Genitals at San Paolo and San Carlo Hospital in Milan, alongside Professor B. Rocco.
